The Pixar movie Inside Out brought our everyday emotions to life through a host of fun and spirited characters. During this service we will explore the navigation of emotions through life’s transitions and discover the gifts they offer along our journey.
What happens when we are faced with a life transition? We will explore through story what happens when we want to resist and the outcomes that occur.

Heather’s last words on Facebook were “If you’re not outraged, you’re not paying attention.” Genjo will speak on how spiritual practice can help us remain outraged at injustice and prejudice without becoming overwhelmed and ineffective.
This Sunday, people will be invited to submit questions to the minister to answer during the service. The questions can range from topics about Unitarian Universalism, Theology, Beliefs, Practices, or whatever you have that you are burning to ask the minister.
