Music Director

Cascade Unitarian Universalist Fellowship

The Music Director:

• Employee of Cascade UU Fellowship
• Supervisor: Minister
• Hourly wage: $16.60/hr
• Position allotted 5 hours a week
• Position currently budgeted for Sept through Jun, would like to increase to year round.

The Music Director will:

• Direct the music program, usually in consultation with the minister.
• Responsible and accountable for program administration, including budget.
• Personally, or through others, organizes and directs the choir(s),
• Selects the music for worship
• Recruits and supervises musicians both instrumental and vocal.

Skills required:

A degree in music or equivalent experience

Previous music directing experience

Volunteer management
