Brown Bag Theme Discussion
This Sunday, September 21st Noon to 1:30pm, Rev. Laura will facilitate an in-depth discussion of the theme for the month. Bring a lunch and thoughts about the theme of “growth.” All ages are welcome.
Community Service Project Sunday
Bring any gently used or new children’s books this Sunday to help benefit the Literacy Council. Children will discuss the importance of books and organize those books that have been donated.
Office Closed
On Tuesday, September 23rd, the office will be closed so the minister and office administrator can attend the Ending the Cycle of Poverty workshop held at PAC.
Men’s Group Meeting
On Wednesday, September 24th, the CUUF men’s group will meet at Gene Kupferman’s home [628 Easy Street] at 7:00pm to watch a movie and talk. For more information or questions, contact Larry Tobiska at 662-3209.
Ring In the Bling
Donations for our November jewelry sale are needed and current donation items are being bagged for cleaning and tagging. If you can take a bag and complete it, that would be great help to keep us ahead of the tide. If you have donations, get them in early to help us avoid a rush.
Jewelry can be dropped off or picked up in the administration office. Instructions and supplies will be in the bag. And there will be a system to sign a numbered bag out, so we know who has what.
Also, if there is anyone that can do simple repairs to jewelry, we need help repairing missing clasps or jump rings and such kinds of things.
Contact Heather Seman with questions, 928-925-7616 orheather@hmsarchitectures.com. Thanks for all your help!
