Pastoral Care Team

Pastoral care is key to our congregational mission to seek, embrace, and serve. When times are tough, we don’t have to go it alone. Rev. Thomas Perchlik and the trained and screened CUUF members extend a ministry of presence and care, non-judgmental companioning, and compassionate listening. Pastoral Care Associates (PCAs) offer one-on-one listening presence to members and friends of the church during times of difficulty or crisis. Working with Rev. Perchlik, they maintain confidentiality, connect members with community resources that may aid, and offer spiritual support, comfort, and prayer. PCAs are responsible directly to the minister.
